Conditioning

Using The BioMechanics Method (TBMM), your coach will use structural assessment to see where your body alignment is helping and hindering your movement. Then corrective exercise will be prescribed to make your body function even better.
Confidence

Fuck the haters. Motivational interviewing throughout your training encourages you to re-assess societal messages about how bodies “should” look. Take up space in the world without that baggage.
Coaching

A coach is there to provide accurate information, teach you movement, and build habits. Most clients are with us 3-6 months to build movement habits, and then on an as-needed basis. We don’t want you to need us forever. Once you get the support you need, you can be a self-sufficient mover.
Kate is extremely talented and KNOWS THEIR STUFF. I’m very much a beginner and I feel completely comfortable, even as a beginner. I’m so excited to get stronger and stronger. Kate is wonderful at helping newbies like me feel confident with new things.
